1. Delivery costs
At Nazarize we do not charge delivery costs. We strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience by offering free shipping on all orders, regardless of order amount.
2. Shipping time
We understand that you can't wait to receive your Nazar products. That is why we aim to ship your order within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code, which allows you to track your shipment and see exactly when it will arrive at your home.
3. Missing or damaged items
Although we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and complete, it may occasionally happen that an item is missing or damaged upon arrival. If this is the case, please contact us by email at info@nazarize.nl within 14 days of receipt. In order to assist you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to attach photos of the missing or damaged item. When returning an item, the return costs are for the buyer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning an item as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
4. Status of the order
We understand how important it is to stay informed about the status of your order. That is why you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after receipt of payment. Throughout the process, we will also keep you informed of the status of your order via email updates, so you know exactly when to expect your Nazar products.

Although we do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible, sometimes delays occur that are beyond our control, such as delays with the postal company itself. In such cases we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for delivery delays. If your order is unexpectedly delayed, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist and inform you of the status of your order.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have received, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via email at info@nazarize.nl to start the returns process. Please note that returned products must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
